Material:

High permeability acid and alkali resistant cover glass, thickness: 0.17mm

Features:

ABC step cell slide is made of high-end glass slide, with a thickness of 0.15mm and circular and square. Has been treated, has been sterilized, open for use. Advanced slide surface treatment technology (TC treatment → super adsorption) can promote the growth of cells sticking to the wall on the slide, the cell sticking to the wall firmly. Even in later immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, and in situ hybridization, it is not easy to disinfect, avoiding damage caused by transfer from culture flask to slide in traditional methods. The use of one-step cell slide without pretreatment, to avoid in the late processing of cells easy to strip and other problems.

1. The commonly used specifications: round (φ24mm,φ20mm,φ14mm,φ8mm,φ3mm) square (24*24mm,15*15mm,10*10mm,4*4mm).

2. Cell slipper has two kinds of TC treatment and polylysine coating, both sides can be used to avoid experimental error.

3.TC treatment was applied to cells with good adhesion, while polylysine encapsulation was applied to cells with poor adhesion, such as nerve cells and transfected cells.

4. Climb high strength acid and alkali resistance, special experiment immersion for a week will not fragment.

5. One-step method cell slipper can be used only by opening the package, saving cost and the test time of the experimenter.

6. After gamma ray sterilization, no DNA enzyme, no RNA enzyme, no heat source.

Application:

Histology, immunohistochemistry, frozen section, cell smear, in situ hybridization, etc
